The story behind Nutra Payments began in 2015, in Houston, Texas.

As a team of entrepreneurs who worked in the payments industry, we wanted to offer merchant services to small businesses that were deemed too “high risk” or “hard to place” by the big banks.

Launching under the brand name “Soar Payments,” our business grew into one of the leading specialists in the niche industry known as “high risk payment processing.” We became a leader the old fashioned way: by offering best-in-class customer service, competitive pricing, and customized solutions for our clients.

This segment of our business grew to the point where our team developed a specialized knowledge of the nutra industry, and began to offer the specialized payment services that vitamin, supplement and nutraceutical businesses needed to thrive including developing bank and processing relationships that enable us to support recurring billing, third party fulfillment, and integrating chargeback prevention technologies and extensive shopping cart and CRM integrations. 

At SoarPay, we are therefore able to offer highly-customized, industry-specific solutions for all types of nutraceutical merchants, and have become a leading solution in this niche. 

To reflect this specialized knowledge, we decided to launch a new brand devoted entirely to our nutraceutical clients. We wanted a brand name that reflected the premium client experience that we deliver, so we acquired the premium domain name “NutraPayments.com” in May 2023, and launched our Nutra Payments brandshortly thereafter.
